Refund & Returns Policy

At KROVEZ, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help make the return and refund process simple and efficient.

Return Eligibility

Only orders within 7 days can be processed.

To qualify for a return, items should:

  • Be unused and unwashed
  • Be in original condition
  • Include original tags and packaging whenever possible
  • Not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Refund & Returns Only — No Exchanges

KROVEZ currently accepts returns for refunds only.

We do not offer product exchanges, replacements, or size swaps at this time. If you would like a different item, color, or size, we recommend placing a new order separately after your return request has been completed.

Return Process

To start a return request, customers should contact the KROVEZ support team with:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) being returned
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Once the request is reviewed and approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refund Processing Time

After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days.

KROVEZ aims to resolve all approved refund requests as quickly as possible and within no more than 7 business days after inspection confirmation.

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used during checkout.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not qualify for returns, including:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Used, washed, or damaged items caused by customer handling
  • Items returned without prior approval
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our support team as soon as possible after delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue quickly.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.

Shipping fees from the original order are generally non-refundable.
